Applications are still open for this summer’s events and festivals!

We’d like to say a big thank you to our event crew who worked at Selsdon Half Marathon and the Major Series North this weekend, great job!

As a quick reminder, applications are still open on DCSS PAAM for a large number of shows. This includes some regulars who we work with each year including the Royal Welsh Show, Taste of London and Eroica Britannia to name just a few. We’ll also be returning to Mutiny Festival, Carfest, Wild Life Festival and Live at Chelsea.

The new events on our Event Calendar include Sound on Festival, Spartan Race – Aston Down and the Royal Windsor Horse Show. We’re especially pleased to be providing our services at HMQ’s 90th birthday celebration!

The event calendar will continue to be updated so make sure to log into your DCSS PAAM profile to secure your positions!

Also a reminder that the office will be closed on Good Friday and East Monday – the team at DC Site Services would like to wish you all a lovely Easter.

I just wanted to send out a big thank you to you and your team for all the work you and the team put into helping make the traffic and transport operation work so well this year.

As it was a pleasure having DC site services as part of our team. I think the GFEL team of contractors is the envy of a lot of events in the way we all support each other and it was noted by some observers that stated the following :-

"simply put, GFEL’s off-site traffic management plan was delivered and managed in a totally consistent and defensible manner that sought to promote good practice, collaboration and road safety to the benefit of all road users."

The DC are big part of that delivery and should take some of the credit for that delivery.
